The YX-A series high-temperature furnace, as shown in the figure, integrates the control system with the furnace chamber. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material.
Utilizes high-temperature electric heating elements for heating; specifically designed for laboratories in colleges and research institutions, as well as industrial and mining enterprises, for sintering, melting, analysis, and production of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new materials development, special materials, construction materials, metals, non-metals, and other chemical substances.
The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, power switch, main heating start/stop button, voltage and current meters, computer interface, and observation port/intake port for real-time monitoring of the system's operation status. This product utilizes reliable integrated circuits, operates in a favorable environment, is resistant to interference, and maintains the furnace shell temperature at ≤45℃ during high temperatures, significantly improving the working environment. It features microcomputer program control, programmable curves, automatic heating/cooling, and allows for modifications to temperature control parameters and programs during operation, offering flexibility, convenience, and simple operation.
