The Box Atmosphere Furnace series is a horizontal vacuum atmosphere box furnace, also known as an oxygen-free annealing furnace or a vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace. It is specifically designed for sintering materials under vacuum conditions with a certain atmosphere (such as inert gases), with temperatures reaching up to 1800°C. This vacuum furnace uses alumina fiber as the furnace lining material and silicon molybdenum rods or silicon carbide rods as heating elements. The furnace design ensures good vacuum sealing of the furnace chamber, and a gas control system is installed on the furnace body.
Product Features
1. The furnace features a double-shell structure with the body crafted from 10mm steel plate. The carbon steel exterior is welded by a professional pressure vessel factory, ensuring airtight welds without any sand holes or cracks, providing safety and reliability. It meets national standards with multiple safety protection designs, demonstrating excellent safety performance.
2. The heating element uses a high-temperature heating component, capable of withstanding heavy loads, stable, and with a long service life. To ensure safe operation, a full copper isolated transformer is employed.
3. Fast heating speed, from room temperature to 1600°C, typically requires 60-90 minutes.
High temperature control accuracy, minimal overshoot, with temperature compensation and correction function, accuracy ±1℃
5. Equipped with imported temperature control instruments featuring programming capabilities, allowing for the setting of heating curves and the programming of 2 sets of 16 program segments.
6. Monoblock structure, reducing space usage, with excellent appearance design, elegant and generous
7. All electronic components are sourced from renowned manufacturers, equipped with leakage protection for safety and reliability.
8. The machine will emit an alarm signal for over-temperature during operation and automatically complete the protective action.
9. Compatible with hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, and other inert gases; capable of pre-evacuating to achieve a vacuum level of -0.1MPa (customizable to 1Pa, -1Pa, -0.01Pa, etc.). Equipped with a glass rotameter and pipelines for inlet and outlet.
10. The furnace door opens to the side, with the door and roof sealed with stainless steel extrusion. Both are equipped with a circulating water cooling system. The furnace body features an air inlet, exhaust outlet, and vacuum port.
11. As required, manufacture a double-layer water-cooled furnace shell, which protects the sealing silicone gasket while aiding in accelerating the cooling speed.
12. The furnace door seal is made with a 20mm thick line-cut flange, fitted with an O-ring made of silicone, and secured with a stainless steel handwheel.
13. Optional large-screen paperless recorder for real-time recording of the heating curve, with a storage card for data analysis and printing.
14. The equipment features operational and stop indicators for easy observation of the running or stopped state of the device.
15. Temperature Categories: 1000°C, 1200°C, 1400°C, 1600°C, 1700°C, 1800°C, six types.
