KSF Vertical Foam Pump
RobustThe KSF foam pump features a vertical double housing structure, requiring no seal. The material box can be lined with rubber, and the pump can be driven directly or via a V-belt.
Applicable for conveying foamy slurry in metallurgy, mining, coal, electricity, and other industries.
KSF Overview
The KSF foam pump is a pump product designed and manufactured by a powerful pump industry group. The KSF foam pump is suitable for conveying solid-liquid mixtures and is particularly suitable for transporting the foam slurry produced by flotation machines in metal and coal flotation circuits.
The basic operating principle of the KSF foam pump is to eliminate or partially eliminate foam before the slurry enters the pump. Its processing capacity far exceeds that of other types of shaftless and sealed slurry pumps for water. It is the ideal pump for handling foam slurry.
Pump head structure is a double shell design. All wet parts can be made of nickel-hard, high-chromium alloy steel and molded natural or synthetic rubber. The drive end can be connected toKSS pump interchangeable. The hopper tank is made of steel plate. The inner wall of the tank can be lined with different linings for different pumping media. The discharge branch can be positioned at 45-degree intervals as needed and can be directed to any of eight positions to accommodate installation and application. The KSF foam pump boasts excellent performance, ease of assembly and disassembly, and high reliability.

Features and Benefits
De-foaming, stable operation
The KSF foam pump effectively removes foam from the ore pulp during operation, operates normally even with insufficient feed, and is an ideal choice for transporting foam pulp in the flotation process.
Electromagnetic eddy current design, suitable for harsh operating conditions
The KSF foam pump, by generating a vortex effect before entering the impeller, is better suited for handling highly erosive and corrosive foam slurry, particularly suitable for heavy-duty and continuous pumping environments.
Multiple feed trough options
The KSF foam pump feed tank offers various material options and is coated with rubber, featuring an overflow box and tangential inlet to ensure slurry conveyance and optimize defoaming effects.
Application Fields
Mining
In the flotation process of mining. The KSF foam pump effectively removes foam from pulp, ensuring smooth conveyance of the pulp, especially excelling in handling highly abrasive pulp. Its vortex design ensures foam removal, even when the feed is uneven, allowing the pump to operate stably.
Tunnel Boring Machine
In the metallurgy industry,The KSF foam pump is designed for transporting slurry containing foam into the smelting process. Its wear-resistant materials and robust corrosion resistance enable the pump to handle complex foam slurry, ensuring long-term continuous operation and reducing maintenance needs.
Metallurgy
In tunnel boring construction,The KSF foam pump is used for handling slurry generated during tunnel boring operations. The pump's vortex effect rapidly separates foam, enhancing slurry transportation efficiency, and ensuring the continuity and stability of tunnel boring.
Electricity
In the flue gas desulfurization process of power plants,The KSF foam pump is used for transporting desulfurized foam lime slurry, effectively handling highly corrosive slurries while ensuring smooth slurry flow, thus ensuring the operation of the desulfurization system.
