KWP Overview
RobustThe KWP non-clogging centrifugal sewage pump is a new energy-saving non-clogging sewage pump produced by our factory under the technical license of KSB Company.
The KWP non-clogging sewage pump is a single-stage centrifugal pump, used in industries such as urban water supply, sewage treatment, chemical, steel, papermaking, sugar, and sucrose food processing. This pump features a non-clogging, pull-back design, allowing for the removal of the rotor from the casing without disassembling the pump housing or pipes. This not only simplifies maintenance but also enables quick replacement of the impeller and wear-resistant plate on the suction side, thereby facilitating rapid adaptation of the pump to varying operating conditions.
The KWP non-clogging sewage pump can transport various wastewater, clean water, seawater, brine, wastewater, and sludge, making it suitable for water supply plants, sewage treatment plants, breweries, mines, as well as the chemical and construction industries.
KWP non-clogging sewage pumps are available with outlet diameters ranging from 40mm to 500mm.

Features and Benefits
4 available impellers
"K" Type Impeller - Sealed Non-Clog Impeller, suitable for clean water, wastewater, and fluids containing solids and sludge, but not those releasing gases.
"N" Impeller - Closed Impeller with Multiple Blades, suitable for clean water and fluids containing a small amount of suspended matter, such as treated wastewater, screened water, pulp water, syrup, etc.
"O" Impeller - Open Impeller - Similar in use to the "N" Impeller, but includes fluid containing air.
"F" Impeller - Free Flow Impeller, suitable for fluids containing agglomerated or tangled coarse particles (such as long fiber mixtures, sticky particles, etc.) and for fluids with air.
Optional shaft seal
There are two designs: standard and high-temperature models.
When the temperature exceedsAt 90℃ use the high-temperature type. This type of filling box can be cooled to accommodate conveying at high temperatures.
Mechanical Seal: Also suitable for applications where leakage is not permitted.
Corrosion-resistant
The KWP non-clogging sewage pump is generally suitable for transporting neutral media with a pH value of around 6-8.
For special requirements such as conveying corrosive media, corrosion-resistant or wear-resistant materials can be selected.
Application Fields
Multi-functional pump for conveyance and processing
In various applications, booster pumps play a crucial role in increasing water pressure, enabling water to be transported to higher areas. These pumps are commonly used in well pumps and irrigation scenarios, ensuring water reaches the desired location.
In industrial processes, such as paper mills and coal plants, maintaining a continuous flow of water is crucial. Recirculating pumps are indispensable in these environments, as they keep water flowing for cleaning and processing materials, ensuring smooth operation.
Wastewater pumps are ubiquitous in both daily life and industrial applications. They are crucial for dealing with wastewater from residential areas, industrial uses, and mining operations. These pumps effectively manage and treat unwanted water, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
RobustNo content provided for translation. The KWP series non-clogging sewage pumps are designed for easy handling of solid-laden water. These pumps feature wide channels and replaceable impellers, making them an ideal choice for dealing with pulp, wastewater, juice, and other challenging fluids. Their versatility and efficiency make them a valuable asset across various industries.
