Vacuum Atmosphere Furnace LYL-18ZKD (LCD touch screen control) incorporates advanced technology, featuring an independently developed energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new type electric furnace with an advanced and reasonable structure, and is aesthetically pleasing. The casing is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, precision machined, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process, making it resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. It uses high-quality resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod as the heating element, with a double-layer furnace shell air insulating layer to maintain a low surface temperature of the furnace shell. This furnace boasts an even thermal field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, adjustable heating rate, energy-saving advantages, and more. The furnace chamber is constructed using ceramic fiber material and precision technology, demonstrating strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or slagging, and is pollution-free with a long service life.
