The LYL-13TCLD large-scale trolley heat treatment furnace incorporates advanced technology, being a self-developed and produced energy-saving, environmentally friendly new electric furnace. The equipment boasts an aesthetically pleasing and sophisticated design, with an advanced and reasonable structure, easy operation, and a shell made of cold-rolled steel plates. It is precision machined on CNC machines, finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process, which is resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, and fading.
This furnace features even temperature distribution, a double-layer thermal insulation body surface temperature close to room temperature, adjustable heating rate, and more. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported ultra-high temperature composite fiber materials through CNC technology, boasting strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no spalling, no pollution, and a long service life.
The control system utilizes microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, featuring PID regulation, automatic control, self-tuning capabilities, multi-programming, and the ability to program various warming, constant-temperature, and cooling routines. It offers high temperature control accuracy, high energy efficiency, and stability.
The protective device utilizes independent protection: (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, disconnection, power failure, leakage, short circuit, etc.).
The furnace material conveyor is electrically powered, allowing for easy removal of the furnace body and convenient handling of materials to enhance work efficiency.
Additionally, through our independently developed control software, the electric furnace can be connected to a computer, allowing for remote control of a single or multiple furnaces, starting and stopping the furnaces, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, and printing historical curves.
