The double-layer furnace shell is equipped with a wind cooling system for rapid temperature reduction. The furnace offers even temperature distribution, low surface temperature, fast heating and cooling rates, and energy-saving benefits. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported composite alumina fiber material using CNC technology, demonstrating strong resistance to thermal shock, good corrosion resistance, non-caving, non-crystallization, no slagging, no pollution, and a long service life. The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology with PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning functions, multi-step programming capabilities, and can program various heating, holding, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy. The integrated module features silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase-shifting triggering, with a protection system that includes independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, and short-circuit protection. The level of automation is high, and all indicators have reached advanced levels.
