The LYL-12KL series dental porcelain furnace incorporates advanced technology, featuring a self-developed and produced energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new type electric furnace with an advanced and reasonable structure, and is aesthetically pleasing. The exterior shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process, which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. It uses high-quality resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod as the heating element, a double-layer furnace shell with an air insulation layer, maintaining a low surface temperature of the furnace shell. The furnace boasts an even thermal field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, adjustable heating rate, and energy-saving advantages. The furnace chamber is constructed from ceramic fiber material using CNC technology, with strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, non-collapsing, non-crystallizing, non-dropping debris, non-polluting, and a long service life. The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, featuringPIDAdjustable, fully automatic control, auto-tuning function, multi-programming with various heating and temperature-holding programs, high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with thyristor control and phase-shifting triggering, protection system: features independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, etc. High level of automation, with all indicators reaching advanced levels.

Friendly Reminder | Do not operate the equipment at the rated temperature for extended periods to ensure its normal service life. 2.
