The LYL-18MFL series muffle furnaces incorporate advanced technology, featuring self-developed and produced energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new type electric furnaces with an advanced and reasonable structure, and are aesthetically pleasing. The exterior shell is made of cold-rolled steel plates, processed by CNC machine tools, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process, which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. It uses resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod as the heating element, a double-layer furnace shell air insulation layer to maintain a low surface temperature of the furnace shell. This furnace boasts an even thermal field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, adjustable heating rate, energy-saving advantages, and more. The furnace chamber is constructed from ceramic fiber material using CNC technology, with strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slagging, no pollution, and a long service life. The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology.PIDAdjustable, fully automatic control, self-tuning function, multi-programming capabilities, with programmable heating and temperature-holding cycles; high temperature control accuracy. Friendly Reminder | Do not operate the equipment for extended periods at the rated temperature to ensure its normal service life. 2.
