The LYL-17USZK Stainless Steel Vacuum Atmosphere Sintering Furnace incorporates advanced technology, featuring an independently developed energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new-type electric furnace with an advanced and reasonable structure, and is aesthetically pleasing. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, precision machined on CNC machines, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process, which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. It uses resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod as the heating element, a double-layer furnace shell with an air insulation layer, maintaining a low surface temperature of the furnace shell. The furnace boasts an even thermal field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, adjustable heating rate, energy-saving features, and more. The furnace chamber is constructed from ceramic fiber material using CNC technology, with strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slag, no pollution, and a long service life. The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology.PIDAdjustable, fully automatic control, auto-tuning function, multi-step program programming, capable of setting various heating and maintenance programs, with high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with silicon-controlled rectifier control, phase shift triggering, and protective system: featuring independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protection measures. This furnace is equipped with a type 1-8 vacuum pump, and an additional set of condensers is required between the pump and the furnace interface. Working atmosphere: atmosphere protection (compatible with various inert protection atmospheres) with a reserved vacuum interface.

The product is sintered more evenly in the furnace when filled with gas, maintains pressure without leakage for 72 hours, and is convenient to open/close the furnace door. (Traditional square furnace door with screws and rubber gaskets around cannot meet the sealing requirements, wasting gas resources. During the firing process, oxidation occurs, and after long-term use, it is prone to thread slipping, leading to poor sealing performance. Moreover, the sealing capability does not meet the technical requirements.)
