The precision trolley annealing furnace LYL-12THL incorporates advanced technology, featuring a self-developed energy-saving and environmentally friendly new electric furnace. The furnace features uniform temperature distribution, a double-layer heat-insulating body with surface temperatures close to room temperature, and adjustable heating rates. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported ultra-high-temperature composite fiber materials using CNC technology, boasting strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no spalling, no pollution, and a long service life.
The control system employs microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, featuring PID regulation, full automatic control, self-tuning capabilities, multi-step programing, and the ability to program various warming, constant temperature, and cooling programs. It boasts high temperature control accuracy, energy efficiency, and stability.
The protective device utilizes independent protection: (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, disengagement, power failure, leakage, short-circuit, etc.).
The furnace material roller conveyor is electrically operated, allowing for easy removal of the furnace body and convenient handling of materials to enhance work efficiency.
Additionally, through our independently developed control software, the electric furnace can be connected to a computer, enabling remote control of a single or multiple furnaces, starting and stopping the furnace, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, and printing historical curves.

Friendly Reminder | Do not operate the equipment for extended periods at rated temperature to ensure its normal service life. 2.
