Safety Protection

1. When an electric furnace is initially used or after a long period of disuse and is reused, it must be baked; otherwise, the furnace chamber may crack easily.

2. Keep clean regularly and check the electrical furnace wiring for good contact periodically.

3. Do not exceed the rated temperature when using the electric furnace to prevent damaging the heating elements. It is strictly prohibited to pour flammable liquids or melted metals into the furnace.

4. During the process, the temperature should generally not exceed 300℃ and the rate of temperature increase should be moderate. This is because, when heating up initially, the furnace is cold and requires a significant amount of heat to be absorbed.
