The LYL-20RUS series safety stainless steel melting furnace incorporates advanced technology, featuring a self-developed energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new type electric furnace with an advanced and reasonable structure. It boasts an aesthetically pleasing appearance, constructed with stainless steel plates processed by advanced CNC machines, offering high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Equipped with heating elements and a wind cooling system between the double furnace shells for rapid temperature reduction, this furnace provides even temperature distribution, low surface temperatures, fast heating and cooling rates, and energy-saving benefits. The furnace chamber is made of imported composite alumina fiber material, constructed through CNC technology, with excellent thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, non-collapsing, non-crystallizing, no slagging, non-polluting, and a long service life. The control system utilizes microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology with PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning functions, multi-step program programming, and the ability to create various heating, holding, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy. The integrated module features silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase-shift triggering, with a protection system that includes independent over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, and short-circuit protection. The level of automation is high, and all indicators have reached advanced levels.
This equipment is widely used in universities, research institutions, and industrial and mining enterprises for experiments and production in fields such as powder, electronics, metallurgy, ceramics, new materials, chemical engineering, metal sintering, and metal heat treatment.
