The LYL-17SRL series safety automatic high-temperature melt furnace incorporates advanced technology, featuring a self-developed energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new electric furnace with an advanced and reasonable structure. It boasts an elegant and tasteful appearance, with the shell made of cold-rolled steel plate, processed by advanced CNC machines. The luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying technology is used for processing, ensuring high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Equipped with heating elements and a wind cooling system between the double-layer furnace shells, it can quickly cool down. This furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, fast temperature rise and fall rate, energy saving, and more. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported composite alumina fiber materials using CNC technology, with strong resistance to thermal shock, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slag, no pollution, and a long service life. The control system utilizes microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, featuring PID regulation, automatic control, self-tuning function, multi-stage program programming, and the ability to create various heating, holding, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy. Integrated module silicon control, phase shift triggering, and protection system: featuring independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protections. It has a high degree of automation, with all indicators reaching advanced levels.
