The LYL-17R series high-temperature energy-saving precision automatic crushing melting furnace incorporates advanced technology, featuring an independently developed energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new electric furnace with an advanced and reasonable structure. It boasts an elegant appearance, with the housing made of cold-rolled steel plates, processed by advanced CNC machines, and finished with a luxurious, beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process. It is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, utilizes heating elements, and is equipped with a wind cooling system between the double furnace shells for rapid temperature reduction. The furnace offers benefits such as balanced thermal field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, fast temperature rise and fall rates, and energy-saving features. The hearth is constructed from imported composite alumina fiber material processed through CNC technology, demonstrating strong resistance to thermal shock, good corrosion resistance, non-collapsed, non-crystallized, and non-droppable properties, with no pollution and a long service life. The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology with PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning functions, multi-stage programming, and the ability to program various temperature rise, maintenance, and cooling programs, offering high temperature control precision. It integrates silicon-controlled rectifier control, phase-shifting triggering, and a protection system with independent over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, and short-circuit protections. It has a high degree of automation, with all indicators reaching advanced levels.
