The LYL-17ZA high-temperature double material clock cover furnace incorporates advanced technology, featuring a self-developed energy-saving and environmentally friendly new electric furnace. The furnace features uniform temperature field, a double-layer heat-insulating body surface temperature close to room temperature, adjustable heating rate, etc. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported high-temperature composite fiber materials through CNC technology, boasts strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slagging, no pollution, and a long service life.
The control system employs microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, featuring PID regulation, full automatic control, self-tuning capabilities, multi-step programing, and the ability to program various heating, constant temperature, and cooling programs.
