LYL-12RCLX Series Vertical Furnace adopts advanced technology, featuring an independently developed energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new type electric furnace with an advanced and reasonable structure, and is aesthetically pleasing. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process, which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. It uses resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod as the heating element, with a double-layer furnace shell air insulation layer to maintain a low surface temperature of the furnace shell. The furnace boasts an even thermal field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, adjustable heating rate, energy-saving, and other advantages. The furnace chamber is constructed from ceramic fiber material using CNC technology, with strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slag, no pollution, and a long service life. Factory environment

Safety Protection

1. When initially using or resuming use after a long period of disuse, an electric furnace must be seasoned to prevent the furnace chamber from cracking.

3. When using the electric furnace, the temperature must not exceed the rated temperature to prevent damage to the heating elements. It is prohibited to pour various flammable liquids and molten metals into the furnace.

4. During the process, the temperature should generally not exceed 300℃ and the rate of temperature increase should be moderate. This is because, when heating up initially, the furnace is cold and requires a significant amount of heat absorption.
