Well-type Electric FurnaceThe LYL-17J series high-temperature energy-saving precision well-type furnace incorporates advanced technology, being a self-developed and produced energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new type well-type furnace. It features an advanced and reasonable structure, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, processed by advanced CNC machine tools, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process. It is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. It uses heating elements and is equipped with a wind-cooling system between the double-layer furnace shells for rapid temperature reduction. The furnace boasts even temperature distribution, low surface temperature of the furnace body, fast temperature rise and fall rates, and energy-saving advantages. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported composite alumina fiber material using CNC technology, with strong resistance to thermal shock, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or slagging, and no pollution, ensuring a long service life. The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, featuring PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning functions, multi-stage program programming, and the ability to create various heating, holding, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy. The integrated module uses silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase-shifting triggering, with a protection system that includes independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, and short-circuit protection. It has a high degree of automation, with all indicators reaching advanced levels.
This equipment is widely used in universities, research institutions, and industrial and mining enterprises for experiments and production in fields such as powder, electronics, metallurgy, ceramics, new materials, chemical industry, metal sintering, and metal heat treatment.
