It boasts an aesthetically pleasing appearance, with the shell made of cold-rolled steel plate, processed by advanced CNC machines, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process. It is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, equipped with heating elements, and features a wind-cooling system between the double furnace shells for rapid temperature reduction. The furnace offers advantages such as balanced temperature field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, fast temperature rise and fall rates, and energy-saving features. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported composite alumina fiber material using CNC technology, demonstrating strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent corrosion resistance, non-collapsing, non-crystallizing, no slagging, non-polluting, and a long service life. The control system utilizes microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, featuring PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning functions, multi-stage program programming, and the ability to create various heating, holding, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy. The integrated module is equipped with silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase-shifting triggering, with a protection system that includes independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, and short-circuit protection. The level of automation is high, and all indicators have reached advanced levels.
