The furnace has the advantages of uniform temperature field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, fast temperature rise and fall rate, and energy saving. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported composite alumina fiber materials using CNC technology, with strong resistance to thermal shock, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or slagging, and no pollution, ensuring a long service life. The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology with PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning functions, multi-step program programming, and can be programmed for various temperature rise, holding, and drop programs, with high temperature control accuracy. Integrated module silicon control, phase-shifting trigger, and protection system: featuring independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protection. The level of automation is high, and all indicators have reached an advanced level.
