Explosion-proof regular dehumidifiers come with built-in fans and are easy to install. They are categorized by the air intake and exhaust methods: a) Front return air (grille return air), front exhaust (hood supply air); b) Rear return air (flange return air), top exhaust (flange supply air); c) Front return air (grille return air), top exhaust (flange supply air) in three types.
Explosion-proof pipe dehumidifiers without fans require a separate fan box. The humidifying and water-cooled models are divided into left and right air intake types based on the direction of the air intake facing the control panel. The air-cooled models are also divided into left and right air intake types based on the direction of the air intake facing the indoor unit's terminal box. The 20-150kg/h explosion-proof water-cooled or humidifying pipe dehumidifiers can also be provided with detachable units for both top and bottom, for easy installation and transportation.

Explosion-proof conventional dehumidifiers and explosion-proof pipeline dehumidifiers come in three types: heating, temperature control, and cooling. The explosion-proof heating dehumidifier is primarily used for dehumidification without refrigeration capabilities, making it suitable for dehumidification locations without temperature requirements. The temperature control dehumidifier combines dehumidification and refrigeration functions, with adjustable cooling capacity, and is particularly suitable for dehumidification sites with significant thermal load variations. The cooling dehumidifier offers refrigeration while dehumidifying but has non-adjustable cooling capacity, thus ideal for dehumidification scenarios with high thermal loads but no specific requirements for relative humidity.
4. Compressors and refrigerants
Compressors and main refrigeration components are of international brand quality. Through scientific and rational optimization design of the refrigeration system, the unit features low noise, reliable operation, and a high energy efficiency ratio.
5. Heat Exchanger
The water-side heat exchanger is a shell-and-tube design featuring high-efficiency heat exchange tubes; the air-side heat exchanger is a copper tube with aluminum fin design, manufactured on an imported OAK heat exchanger CNC production line from the USA. The heat exchanger is compact, pressure-resistant, and boasts high heat exchange efficiency.
6. Environmental refrigerant, "green" concept
The unit employs refrigerants that meet the淘汰CFC requirements of the national scheme, benefiting the Earth's environment. The company can also customize dehumidifiers using HFC refrigerants such as 7c and 4a, as per customer requests.
7. Housing
Units below 20kg/h feature a streamlined, attractive plastic shell structure. Units below 40kg/h use a high-strength aluminum alloy frame, popular domestically and internationally, while units above 50kg/h employ a steel frame; the bending parts are processed by Japanese AMADA CNC equipment, ensuring excellent appearance quality. The units are assembled in a modular structure, boasting a compact, elegant design with a modern feel.
8. Control Methods
Dewpoint heaters and dehumidifiers with cooling feature utilize professional microcomputer control, allowing the unit to automatically start or stop based on the user-set relative humidity or temperature. The temperature control dehumidifiers are equipped with high-performance programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and Chinese text displays for operation, offering excellent reliability and high control accuracy. Once the user sets the desired temperature and humidity control range, the unit will automatically run in a humidity-priority mode.
9. Selectable Network Functions
The unit can achieve group control of desiccant dehumidifiers on a local area network via the PROFIBUS INTERNET bus. It can also connect to remote computers via a modem or Ethernet module, utilize the INTERNET for data exchange, and remotely monitor and analyze the unit for quick and accurate fault prediction and troubleshooting.
10. Multi-protection
The unit is equipped with protections against overload, short circuit, phase loss, overheat, high and low voltage, as well as interlocked protections for fans, water pumps, and fire dampers.
