1. Explosion-proof control room classification:
Explosion-proof Analytical Cabin: All electrical equipment installed in the cabin, such as distribution equipment, lighting, ventilation, and analyzers, are independent explosion-proof components that have obtained explosion-proof certification, making them standalone explosion-proof products.
Positive Pressure Ventilation Explosion-Proof Analytical Cabin: The cabin can accommodate non-explosion-proof analyzers and various instrument cabinets. Power can only be supplied to the non-explosion-proof sections inside the cabin after the explosion-proof positive pressure system is operational and creates positive pressure within.
2. Explosion-proof control room structure:
a. The cabin is primarily constructed with a frame structure, with the frame made of welded H-beams. It features interior and exterior wall panels, which can be made of stainless steel plates or carbon steel with plastic coating. The thickness of the steel plates can be customized according to customer requirements.
b. The interior and exterior walls of the cabin are filled with fire-retardant insulation material (thickness determined by the wall thickness).
c. Cabin floors are made of 4mm thick anti-slip material, treated for static dissipation and designed for durability and wear resistance.
d. Roofs can be customized as flat, gable, or single-pitched, capable of supporting 500 Kg/m² of load, and can include lifting rings for crane use.
e、 Cabin safety doors are equipped with explosion-proof glass windows, door closers, and an escape lock, allowing for quick opening and flexible operation. A second door (buffer room) can be added upon customer request.
f. Cabin features overall performance of airtightness, waterproofing, dustproofing, and heat insulation; the shell protection rating is IP65.

3. Cottage Features:
The explosion-proof analytical cabin primarily achieves on-site centralized control, dispatching command, process analysis, and instrument monitoring with explosion-proof treatment. It boasts superiorities that are unparalleled by other explosion-proof structures.
Explosion-proof cabin indoor security system:
Combustible Gas Detector: Products with integrated detection probe and signal transmitter, featuring on-site alarm and remote transmission contact output.
2. Toxic Gas Detectors: A toxic gas alarm must be installed when the sample or surrounding environment contains toxic components, with the same requirements as those for flammable gas detectors.
3. Micro Pressure Transmitter: The analysis cabin is equipped with a varying number of micro pressure transmitters based on the internal volume to detect the positive pressure inside the cabin. The signals are fed back to the explosion-proof positive pressure control system. When the positive pressure inside the cabin drops to the specified level, the power supply to non-explosion-proof electrical equipment within the cabin is automatically cut off, ensuring the cabin's safety and reliability.
4. Pyrotechnic and Acoustic Alarm Devices: Equipped with explosion-proof beacons (rotating flashing and sound-emitting type), mounted in prominent outdoor locations for easy observation of fault causes.
5. Smoke and Heat Detector: Capable of promptly detecting high temperatures and smoke inside the room and transmitting danger signals to the control room remotely.
6. Indoor Explosion-Proof Air Conditioners: Adjustable indoor temperature with constant temperature and humidity control functions.
7. Lighting System: Equipped with explosion-proof ceiling fluorescent lamps, featuring both normal lighting and emergency lighting functions.
8. Ventilation System: May use instrument air or on-site safe air to provide a safe and reliable gas source for the room through the air exchange filter device.
