The technical specifications of the explosion-proof stainless steel cabin and its equipment, including functional design, structure, performance, installation, and testing, all comply with the relevant standards for environmental protection and the electronic specialty gas industry. They also meet the requirements of the "Technical Specification for Continuous Monitoring of Emissions from Fixed Pollutant Sources" (HJ/T75-2007) and the "Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Continuous Monitoring Systems of Emissions from Fixed Pollutant Sources" (HJ/T76-2007).

Stainless steel explosion-proof cabin is included in the supply range:
Analysis Room Requirements:
(1) The exterior walls are made of 1.5mm brushed stainless steel, while the interior walls are constructed with 1.5mm brushed stainless steel. The walls, ceiling, and roof are filled with 75mm thick fire-retardant rock wool insulation material. The interior walls and roof are clad in powder-coated steel plates.
(2) The base is welded with channel steel, using 200mm channel steel, the ground is covered with 4mm patterned plate, and fire-retardant thermal insulation material is filled between the floor and the ground.
(3) One door is provided. The door is a single-leaf, outward-swinging type made of stainless steel plate, with rubber sealing strips between the door and the wall. A glass observation window is installed on the door, equipped with a damping limit closer and a push-button emergency exit lock. There is a hole lock and handle on the outside.
(4) Set 1 ventilation hole. Located approximately 200mm above ground level, the net size is 300(H)×350(W)mm. The explosion-proof fan is installed above the wall opposite the ventilation hole.
(5) For easy hoisting of the cabin, it is equipped with lifting lugs at the bottom.
(6) The room is equipped with a steel bottle bracket with a safety chain.
(7) The torch vent pipe is now made of 316L material, features heat tracing insulation, and is equipped with a blowing function. The height meets national and industry requirements.
(8) Lighting and ventilation switches are installed both inside and outside the analysis room.
(9) Interior wall settings in the analysis room for controlling panels of parameters such as internal temperature and oxygen content.
(10) Cables and instrument wiring are neatly and standardized, with wall sides reserved for fixed installation positions of analytical instruments as per the client's requirements.
(11) Maintenance and cleaning of indoor sink installations.
