PXK series positive pressure explosion-proof distribution cabinets are suitable for use in:
1. Suitable for explosive gas environments in Zone 1 and Zone 2 areas.
2. Suitable for IIA, IIB, IIC explosive gas environments.
3. Suitable for temperature groups T1 to T4.
4. Widely applicable in hazardous environments such as oil exploration, refining, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, and offshore oil platforms, as well as in places like wheel oil.
Principle of Explosion Proof
Explosion-proof distribution cabinets utilize medium isolation ignition sources to achieve electrical explosion prevention, which is the explosion-proof principle of positive pressure ventilation explosion-proof cabinets. That is, all electrical components of the user are housed within a shell filled with a clean medium under positive pressure, preventing flammable and explosive mixtures from the external environment from coming into contact with the electrical sparks or hazardous temperatures generated by the electrical components during normal operation, thereby achieving electrical explosion prevention.

PXK Series Positive Pressure Explosion-Proof Distribution Cabinets Product Structure
1. The product features a main and auxiliary disk structure, with the main disk serving as a positive pressure cavity, housing electrical components required by the user, as well as essential explosion-proof pressure sensing systems, ventilation and air distribution systems, and pressure regulation systems; the auxiliary disk is equipped with explosion-proof gas exchange automatic control systems, explosion-proof power automatic switching systems, explosion-proof alarm systems, explosion-proof pressure display systems, and connections for incoming and outgoing gas sources. For auxiliary disks of self-gas supply specification products, an explosion-proof gas supply unit is also installed.
2. Cabinet products are precision machined using CNC technology, featuring a left and right main and auxiliary disk structure. They are installed with cable trench seats, bottom entry, front door operation, and rear door maintenance.
3. Boxed products feature high-quality steel plate welding structure, with the main and auxiliary plates in an upper and lower configuration, mounted horizontally, bottom entry for wiring, and front door for operation and maintenance.
4. The guitar-style products are made from high-quality steel plates, folded and welded into shape. The main and auxiliary plates are money-shaped, featuring a rear structure, pedestal installation, bottom-line entry, guitar-style design, and rear door maintenance.
5. Both cabinet and grand piano models feature quick-open rear doors for easy installation and maintenance.
6. Available in stainless steel as per customer's request.
