The TF-B series water painting wastewater treatment equipment is a highly targeted water treatment solution developed through years of practical experience and by referencing advanced technologies both domestically and internationally. With the joint efforts of our research personnel and technical staff, this equipment has been successfully developed. The series can be customized by combining or adjusting components based on variations in water quality. After being used by some units and tested by environmental protection departments, all indicators meet national emission standards.
Application Range
This series of products is suitable for the treatment of painting wastewater and spray painting wastewater generated from coating production lines in industries such as shipbuilding, automotive, tractors, and machinery processing manufacturing.
Product Features
A. This product is a multi-level combined complete set of equipment. It is designed reasonably, with a compact structure and easy operation.
B. Based on the specific water composition of the customer, product selection and combinations can be made; and ensure that the treated water quality meets national discharge standards.
C. The equipment can first separate and recycle surfactants from the wastewater, thereby reducing the burden on subsequent treatment processes.
D. After the wastewater enters the main unit, the dosing of chemicals is automatically adjusted in proportion, ensuring the stability of the effluent quality.
E. A new technology for manufacturing dissolved air water by mixing it directly with water through high-speed jets in space atmosphere, thereby ensuring the treatment efficiency of the main unit while also reducing the load for deep treatment.
F. The biological contact oxidation unit has the dual advantages of adsorption and biological action, and the adsorption material does not need to be replaced for a long time.
