I. Product Overview
Many wastewater treatment projects globally and domestically commonly employ the "floc flotation method," based on Newton's, Henry's laws, and Stock's equation, to achieve solid-liquid separation and purify water quality.
The air flotation method involves introducing air into water under a certain pressure, which allows the water and air to dissolve completely to reach saturation, forming aerated water. Subsequently, through an aerated release device, the energy is instantaneously dissipated and the pressure is reduced, releasing a large number of microbubbles smaller than 30-50μm. These microbubbles adhere to the flocculated harmful substances, lifting them to the water surface, thereby achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation and water quality purification.
The performance of the dissolved air release device directly affects the quality of treated water. Therefore, the research on dissolved air release devices has attracted the attention of experts and environmental protection professionals both domestically and internationally. The Tenth Design Institute of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Industry and Luoyang Yiteng Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. have accumulated rich practical experience in the design, manufacturing, installation, and debugging of water treatment equipment. By referencing the performance of various dissolved air release devices from home and abroad, they have jointly developed the ***new FD series high-efficient anti-blocking dissolved air release device.
Section II: Application Scope
The FD series high-efficiency anti-clogging aeration release devices are ingeniously designed to be compatible with all equipment using the air flotation process, including both jet and pressure methods.
Section 3: Product Features
The series features:
Automatically prevents clogging, easy to operate, reduces labor intensity, and overcomes the trouble caused by other types of release valves, which are prone to clogging and lead to shutdowns and emptying for cleaning in the air flotation equipment.
The average diameter of the released fine bubbles is less than 25-30μm. The flotation efficiency is increased by more than double.
The dissolved air water released has a retention time of over 5 minutes, ensuring optimal solid-liquid separation.
The dissolved air is released and simultaneously diffuses downward and outward, increasing the contact area of the dissolved air water.
IV. Installation Requirements
Before installation, the pressure aeration water pipeline must be thoroughly flushed clean.
The release can be installed in any direction, but must maintain a spacing of 250MM.
