I. Product Overview
The DJC series dedusting units are newly manufactured single-machine dedusters developed by our company with the assistance of relevant scientific research institutions. Designed meticulously, they are based on foreign prototypes and tailored to domestic characteristics. A series of products has been developed, which are now sold in over twenty provinces and municipalities across the country, receiving unanimous praise from customers. We have also continuously improved the product based on valuable feedback and suggestions from users, making it better suited to the current situation of "improving labor conditions and the environment while developing production and protecting workers' health."
Section II: Applicability Scope
The DJC series dust removal units are more economical and practical compared to other single units domestically, featuring a simple and compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance. Their dust removal efficiency exceeds 99.5%, and they can be widely used in:
Dust removal for industries including casting, ceramics, glass, refractory materials, cement construction materials, chemicals, machining, and metallurgy mining.
Dust removal and recovery for various dry grinding machines, tool grinding machines, lathes, turning castings, electrostatic powder coating, grain and feed processing, etc.
Dust removal for equipment with high dust concentrations, such as shot blasting machines, grinding wheels, crushers, sand screening machines, and sand mixing machines.
Section 3: Product Features
This product integrates the fan, muffler, dust collector, ash hopper, cleaning system, electrical equipment, and control switches into one unit, thereby reducing its size. It eliminates the need for additional design of fans, ducts, and installation foundations, greatly simplifying the dust removal design and construction process.
Due to the silencer, the noise level is controlled around 75 decibels, making it quiet enough for indoor use.
Due to the use of fabric dust bags, the dust removal efficiency can reach up to 99.8%, offering excellent dust removal performance.
Due to the use of specially designed fan blades, the fan produces a large volume of air and high air pressure. At a high air intake, the fan pressure can reach 2500 Pa, and at the working pressure, it can be between 500 to 580 Pa, thus ensuring excellent dust collection performance.
The switch allows for easy control of start and stop, effectively saving energy.
The unit is made entirely of thin steel plate, thus it is lightweight.
The bag dust cleaning device utilizes electric impact, making dust removal simple and reliable.
The dust bags are secured with just two screws, making them extremely easy to remove and install.
Section 4: Working Principle
Upon entering the single machine, the dusty gas passes through two-stage filtration. Firstly, the reduction in air speed and change in airflow direction cause larger particles to settle in the dust collector box (A and J types) due to gravity and inertia. For B-type products, the dust falls into the user's storage bins, hoppers, and other equipment. Lighter and finer dust is retained on the filter bag walls, and the purified clean air is then discharged outside the workshop.
Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and needs to be removed regularly. There are two cleaning methods: electric and manual. The dust can be cleaned mechanically by vibration or by pulsating air blast, depending on specific requirements. When automated, the above actions are automatically controlled by a controller.
