I. Product Overview
The pulse jet dust collector, originally introduced from the U.S. company Full, has been further developed by our company. Based on advanced foreign technology, we have independently researched and developed the PPC series pulse jet dust collector. It integrates the advantages of various dust collectors, such as room-by-room reverse air blowing and jet pulse cleaning. It overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient cleaning strength in room-by-room reverse air blowing and the "re-adsorption" issue when jet pulse cleaning is performed simultaneously with filtration. It employs a high-energy offline cleaning method, featuring high cleaning energy, excellent cleaning effect, low system resistance, extended filter bag lifespan, and high dust removal efficiency. Consequently, it has expanded the application range of bag dust collectors. Due to the unique structural characteristics of this type of collector, it has improved dust removal efficiency and prolonged the lifespan of the filter bags.
Section II: Applicability Range
This series of products is widely applicable for:
Dust removal for cement enterprises' mill, crushing, packaging, silo top, blending, and other systems.
It not only purifies general dusty gases but also handles high-concentration dusty gases (up to 1300g/Nm³), and can be used as a process equipment for the recovery of finished products from vertical mills, 0-sepa classifiers, and the like.
In addition to the cement industry, it is also widely used for dust removal in industries such as food, light industry, mining, electricity, chemical industry, and metallurgy.
Section 3: Product Performance
Offline pulse cleaning, dust removal efficiency exceeds 99.99%, no secondary adsorption of dust, especially suitable for high concentration flue gas treatment, can be used directly as equipment for high concentration product collection process.
The use of high-quality filter material can accommodate various operating conditions.
PLC intelligent control, easy to operate, simple, and reliable.
Cabinet-style structure, modular manufacturing for easy installation.
Advanced uniform airflow design reduces the operating resistance of the dust collector.
IV. Structure and Working Principle
The PPC series pneumatic pulse bag dust collector is composed of parts such as the housing, ash hopper, ash discharge device, bracket, and pulse cleaning system.
As the dusty gas enters the dust collector through the intake, it first encounters the inclined partition between the inlet and outlet. The air flow then turns and flows into the ash hopper, slowing down in the process. Due to inertial force, coarse particles of dust fall into the ash hopper, serving as a preliminary dust collection. The air flow entering the ash hopper then bends upwards through filter bags internally equipped with metal frames. The dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bags. The purified gas then enters the clean room above the filter bag chamber, accumulating in the exhaust duct and being discharged.
The housing is divided into several independent dust collection chambers by partitions, and each chamber is sequentially cleaned at predetermined intervals. Each chamber is equipped with a lifting valve, which closes during cleaning to cut off the filtered airflow through the chamber. Subsequently, the pulse valve opens, injecting high-pressure air into the filter bags to remove dust from the outer surface.
Each dust removal chamber's pulse-jet width and cleaning cycle are automatically and continuously operated by the dust removal program controller.
V. Equipment Model Description
This series of dust collectors comes in 33 different sizes, with 4 options for the number of bags per compartment: 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags. They can be arranged in either single or double rows, and the filter bag lengths are 1450mm and 3060mm. The dust removal efficiency reaches over 99.9%, and the dust concentration of the purified gas is less than 100 mg/Nm3.
