6. Excellent compatibility with UV overcoat paint, strong interlayer adhesion, no chalking, delamination, or paint loss in a 100-point test.

7. Features good hardness, scratch resistance, and solvent resistance. Approximately 500g force resistance to alcohol and alcohol resistance for about 100 times.

Application Range: Eliminates the hassle of adding anti-silver agent to degreasing water. Ensures higher quality of silver oil and offers convenient and worry-free operation.

2680 is primarily used for producing plastic electroplated silver paint, plastic simulated electroplated silver paint, with materials such as ABS/ABS+PC/pure PC.

Application Method: Aluminum silver powder can be added to more than 10% by points, suitable for inline spraying as well, offering better coverage and quicker coloring.

Add 2680 with appropriate silver paste, additives, and thinner, mix well, and it's ready for use. Resists 80℃ boiling water for 30 minutes without change.

This resin is a thermoplastic type, self-curing; if it is to be spray-painted on an assembly line, it is recommended to bake between 60-65 degrees Celsius.

Thinner oil-water formula: Antifreeze water 10%, Butyl acetate 70%, Ethyl acetate 20% - spray after diluting to 2.5 to 3 times.
