Application Scope:

2810-C is primarily used for producing various simulated copper door paints, electroplated silver paints, and electroplated silver paints.

(Replaces traditional electroplating and chrome plating with no residual pollutants, etc., offering greater environmental protection. Utilizes spray application with easy operation.)

Instructions for Use:

Add 2810-C and mix well with an appropriate amount of aluminum silver powder or pearl mica paste, amino resin, and additives.

Recommended baking temperature: 140-150℃. Baking time: Allow 20-30 minutes for the product to dry completely.

Recommended Diluent Formula: Butyl Acetate 10%, Water Retarder 10%, Xylene 70%, Cyclohexanone 10% (for Slow-Drying Formula Water)

(Note) For a higher luster, add Luster Retaining Antiretraction Agent 438. It can significantly enhance the luster of the coating film.

Add 5%-8% to the thinner-based paint thinner to enhance the luster of the film and prevent pinholing.

After mixing, apply at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:1.5, followed by spraying for construction. The metallic texture is delicate, achieving effects similar to electroplating or chrome plating.

If mica powder or mica paste is added to the resin, a bronze or simulated copper color effect can be achieved, suitable for high-end simulated copper door paint and varnish.

Adjust solvent drying speed appropriately based on weather conditions.
