PC boards, also known as polycarbonate boards, polyester boards, and Kapton boards, are resistant to weak acids. They are primarily made of polycarbonate and produced using co-extrusion technology. PC boards are known for their resistance to neutral oil but not to strong acids, long-term exposure, or alkaline substances; a UV coating is required. However, they are highly resistant to high temperatures and offer excellent light transmittance. PC Sunboards (also known as polycarbonate honeycomb boards, glass Kapton boards, and PC honeycomb boards) are made from high-performance engineering plastic—polycarbonate (PC) resin—and possess features like high transparency, lightweight, impact resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation, flame resistance, and resistance to aging. They are a high-tech, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly plastic sheeting, widely used as building materials internationally, with advantages that cannot be matched by other decorative materials (such as glass and acrylic).
