Screw Actuated Gate Valves: Utilizing helical screw transmission, these valves can control the vertical movement (such as sluice gates, weirs, and gate valves) or rotational movement (like butterfly valves and rotary weirs) of the actuated gates, thereby enabling the opening and closing of valves or gates. The mechanism is compact and rational, with high lifting force, a full range of series, and is widely used in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, various supply and drainage projects, and hydraulic and hydroelectric projects for the lifting and adjustment of gates, weirs, and sludge valves, etc.

Manual (handwheel, hand-crank) and electric (hand-electric dual) control types are available. Handheld Flashlight Two-in-One On/Off Machine Operation Procedure:

1. Inspect the dual-purpose switchgear's power distribution equipment for operational status, close the main power switch, and immediately activate the backup power supply in case of a power outage, and perform the power switch as required.

2. Check for phase loss in the three-phase power supply and ensure the voltage meets the requirements.

3. Inside the switch box, check the power switch and the power indicator. Open and close the gates in sequence, ensuring the operation aligns with the indicated direction.

4. For situations such as door lock failure, difficulty in opening or closing, overloading, stalling, or abnormal noises from the gate or opening/closing mechanism, it is imperative to stop immediately and inspect to eliminate any issues.

5. When stopping at a certain height and encountering brake slippage, take emergency measures to force the brake.

6. During the operation of the two-way flashlight switch, when the lifting height exceeds 20m, oil should be added by tightening and refilling the oil level of the lubrication parts such as the bearing sleeve and shaft liner once.

7. In case of an unexpected halt, first disconnect the power source, identify the cause, rectify the fault, and then resume operation.

8. When the gate is in the open position, it is prohibited to adjust the braking equipment or loosen the fixing screws.
