7. Dust-Free Operation: This machine is a wet, vacuum, continuous granulation unit. No dust is emitted during the granulation process, and it is equipped with an exhaust gas dust removal system.

8. High Granulation Strength: This machine uses the high-speed rotation of rotating parts equipped with agitating teeth to force the powder to agglomerate into spherical granules. Compared to natural agglomeration granulation devices (such as rotary disk granulators, drum granulators), it features a more concentrated particle size distribution and granule strength that exceeds that of naturally agglomerated granules.

9. High Granulation Rate: Granulation rate ≥ 90%.

10. The finished product has an aesthetically pleasing appearance: the granules are spherical, uniform in size, with a sphericality of ≥0.8, and particle size typically ranges from 0.7mm to 1.5mm.

11. Easy to Control: The particle size can be appropriately adjusted by the moisture content of the material and the main shaft speed.
