Our pyrolytic carbon black production line is equipped with microcomputer control, full automation variable frequency drive, and vacuum production, ensuring zero pollution. It is an automated complete set of equipment suitable for the pyrolysis of used tires into carbon black.

6. Adhesive-Free Granulation: The granulation process utilizes physical principles to strongly mix and bond dust, carbon black, and water, without the need for any chemical adhesives.

7. Dust-Free Operation: This machine features wet granulation, vacuum, and continuous granulation processes. No dust is emitted during granulation, and it is equipped with an exhaust gas dust removal unit.

8. High Granulation Strength: This machine forces the powder to agglomerate into spherical granules through the high-speed rotation of the rotating parts equipped with agitating teeth. Compared to natural agglomeration granulation devices (such as rotary disk granulators, drum granulators), it features a more concentrated particle size distribution and granule strength greater than that of naturally agglomerated granules.

High granulation rate: Granulation rate ≥ 90%.

10. Aesthetically pleasing finished product: spherical particles with uniform size, sphericality ≥ 0.8, particle size typically ranging from 0.7 to 1.5mm.

11. Easy to Control: Particle diameter can be appropriately adjusted through the material's moisture content and the main shaft speed.
