Our pyrolytic carbon black production line is equipped with microcomputer control, full automation with variable frequency drive, and vacuum production, ensuring no pollution. It is an automated complete set of equipment suitable for the pyrolysis of used tire carbon black production.

7. Dust-Free Operation: The machine features wet granulation, vacuum, and continuous granulation processes. No dust is emitted during granulation, and it is equipped with an exhaust gas dust removal system.

8. High Granulation Strength: This machine achieves the forced agglomeration of powder into spherical granules through the high-speed rotation of rotating parts equipped with agitating teeth. Compared to natural agglomeration granulation devices (such as rotary disc granulators, drum granulators), it features a more concentrated particle size distribution and granule strength that exceeds that of naturally agglomerated granules.

9. High Granulation Rate: Granulation Rate ≥ 90%.

10. Aesthetically pleasing finished product: spherical granules with uniform size, sphericality ≥ 0.8, particle size typically between 0.7-1.5mm.

11. Easy to Control: The particle size can be appropriately adjusted by the moisture content of the material and the speed of the main shaft.
