Introduction and Types of Mobile Hoist Shutters

Mobile Hoist Shutters, Mobile Shutters, are mechanical equipment that can move along specially laid tracks and sequentially lift or lower multiple rows or columns of gates. There are various types of mobile shutters, mainly including:

● Divided into one-way and two-way moving gates based on the direction of the hoisting equipment. The former allows the hoisting equipment to move only left and right along the embankment line; the latter can move left and right along the axis of the dam as well as upstream and downstream.

● The hoisting machinery is divided into trolley-type and gate-type hoisting machinery (also known as gate hoist, gate crane) according to the mobile frame condition. The former has the main hoisting mechanism installed on a flat frame-type trolley with bottom-mounted running wheels; the latter has the main hoisting mechanism of the hoisting machinery installed on a gate-type frame equipped with running wheels.

The main hoisting mechanism of the single-direction moving shutter is directly fixed to the upper plane of the trolley or door-shaped frame.

The main lifting mechanism of the double-directional mobile shutter machine is set on a flat carriage or a door-shaped frame, which moves along a track perpendicular to the carriage or door-shaped frame's direction of movement. Such double-directional carriages or door-shaped frames are commonly referred to as large frames.

The carriage-type mobile gate opening and closing machine typically travels on the concrete support platform at the top of the gate channel or above, while the gate-type mobile gate opening and closing machine only travels on the top plane of the gate channel. Occasionally, the gate-type opening and closing machine's frame legs are equipped with rotating jib cranes for lifting other equipment, thereby forming a multi-functional gate-type mobile opening and closing machine.
