Valves/Gates/Sewage Cleaning Machines/Sluice Gates

Lubricating gate machinery is a crucial task.
The overall requirements for lubrication are: the type of lubricating oil should comply with the specifications of the opening and closing machine manual and refer to relevant regulations. The oil quantity must be sufficient, the oil quality must be up to standard, and oil replenishment must be timely. When replacing new oil, the oil injection facilities such as oil holes, oil passages, oil trays, and oil cups should be cleaned first.
Prior to refueling, it is recommended to thoroughly clean and remove any dirt, impurities, and old oil residue from the relevant parts. Rinse and dry them, and you can use diesel or gasoline for cleaning.
When oiling areas such as pulleys and roller bearings, ensure the entire surface that requires lubrication is covered.
4) Check if the color of the oil that has drained is the same as the newly added oil; if not, clean the oil holes, oil trays, and oil passages. For open gears, apply a thinner, even coating; excess oil is squeezed out, resulting in waste and an unattractive appearance. When refueling the transmission, it is crucial to inspect the oil quality inside the box. If the oil has deteriorated, contains water, iron shavings, or other impurities, it should be cleaned immediately. During refueling, the oil level should be controlled between the upper and lower limits on the gauge; too little will not achieve adequate lubrication, and too much will impair cooling and heat dissipation.
5) To oil钢丝绳, it is first recommended to boil it with diesel, as diesel has an ideal effect on removing impurities and dirty oil. Afterward, apply grease for lubrication to prevent rust and reduce wear. To ensure the oil adheres well to the surface of the steel wire rope and penetrates into the core, mix mechanical oil or gear oil with the grease, heat it, and then apply it. If the wire rope is submerged in water, to prevent the oil film from peeling off, wrap it with oil cloth or plastic cloth (cut into 5 cm strips) or take other measures to avoid contact with water. However, be cautious not to wrap the oiled wire rope around drums or pulleys. 6) For the armature of the brake (brake) and the connecting pivot, apply an oil film for maintenance to ensure smooth operation. The brake spring should also be oiled to prevent rust and to keep it elastic. It is strictly forbidden to get oil on the brake pads, as this can lead to brake failure and cause serious accidents such as doors falling.
7) While oiling through the oil holes, it is permissible to add oil while the machine is running for easier filling of the entire contact lubrication surface. However, do not add oil while the machine is running in areas with rotating hazards such as gears, roller, and pulleys.
8) The friction parts of the opening and closing machinery should be cleaned every 3-6 months due to iron particles generated by internal friction and external impurities. Areas with more dust should be particularly attentive. An additional cleaning and oiling should be done before each flood season to ensure the safety of the project during the flood.
At the end of the oiling process, seal the oil holes with oil cups, screws, etc., to prevent dust and impurities from entering.
