Luminous viewports are typically installed on pressure vessels, vacuum containers, tanks, reactors, filters, boiling beds, and other vessels and sealed containers, where they withstand the same pressure and temperature as the container.

Observe the internal condition of the container under certain conditions; when the observation environment is dim, a viewfinder spotlight is required, which comes in two types: explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant.
