ZHQ-FPB Gas Fire Extinguisher Product Details:

ZHQ-FPB Flame arrester, also known as natural gas flame arrester, utilizes four flame arrester plates, two more than the standard pipeline flame arrester. It is suitable for pipelines transporting flammable gases, torch series, oil vapor recovery systems, heating furnace fuel gas networks, gas purification and dehumidification systems, gas analysis systems, and coal mine gas discharge systems. It is also applicable to Class A oils, fuels, hydrogen-oxygen liquefied gases, kerosene, diesel, and crude benzene with flash points below 60℃.
The FWL-1 Pipeline Fire Extinguisher is a new type of fire arrester for combustible gas pipelines, a new product for replacement and upgrade.
The ZHQ-FPB flame arrester fully complies with the requirements of GB13347-92 "Flame arrester performance and test methods for petroleum gas pipelines." The flame arrester has a rational structure, with the flame arrester layer made of stainless steel material, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean. The housing is made of various materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast steel, catering to the needs of different process pipelines.

Primary Performance:
1. The fire arrester has successfully blocked flame passage in 13 consecutive subsonic flame tests.
2. Shell hydrostatic test at 2.4MPA without leakage.

The fire arrester cores are made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.

Operating temperature: -20℃ to 550℃, valve port sizes from DN15 to DN500.
