Twin Filter

The STGL twin-tube filter, also known as the twin-valve switching filter, employs a directional valve (three-way ball valve), pressure equalizing valve, and bypass valve to assemble two single-tube filters on a single base. It allows for continuous operation without halting for filter screen cleaning. Besides using stainless steel filter cores, it can also utilize honeycomb-type degreased fibrous cotton, capable of filtering out particles larger than 1μ. This filter can also be used as a single tube; in this case, only the common base needs to be removed, with all other dimensions remaining unchanged.

Features of the twin-tube switchable filter:

1. Dual drums switch operation, no need to stop for filter cleaning to ensure continuous production.
