Product Overview
The exhaust valve with call-out take-over breathing function serves as a safety protection in the system. In practical application, the type of characteristics should be selected according to actual needs, and the diameter should be chosen based on the large exhaust volume.
With Exhalation Connection (Fire-Extinguishing) Breathing Valve, this is a new improved type of breathing valve that combines the dual functions of a breathing valve and a tank fire extinguisher. The exhalation connection breathing valve effectively manages the exhaled gases inside the tank.
Recycles and reuses materials for energy efficiency, safety, and environmental friendliness.
Product Features
The valve disk with callout接管 and breathing valve is made of Teflon material, offering excellent low-temperature resistance and frost prevention; the flame-retardant disk is made of stainless steel, providing superior flame-retardant properties; the housing is made of stainless steel, cast steel, and aluminum.
Alloy, compact structure, strong fire-retardant properties, high air volume, low leakage, corrosion-resistant, low-temperature resistance, frost prevention, easy maintenance, and safety convenience.
Product Maintenance
To ensure the flame arrester breathing valve with callout takeover meets the safety for use, the valve should be regularly inspected and maintained.
1. Inspect if the pressure valve disk and vacuum valve disk operate smoothly, and check for any damage on the contact surfaces of the guide rod and valve sealing ring.
2. Ensure a tight fit and smooth operation of the pressure and vacuum disks when reinstalling, with the contact surfaces being secure and the guide rod moving up and down freely.
3. When activating the new flame arrester breathing valve, the anti-vibration materials on the disk must be removed.
