GZW-1 Flame Retardant Extinguishing Device, also known as GZW-1 Pipeline Flame Retardant Device

This is a safety device designed to prevent the spread of flames from flammable gases and vapors. The design of the flame arrester incorporates a regular packing material with a MESG value, which is determined based on the medium of the different mixed gases, gas composition, pressure drop, length-to-diameter ratio, and number of bends, to achieve a certain flame arrester speed. Once the flame enters the arrester, it is cut into numerous tiny flame streams by the regular flame arrester elements. Due to the heat transfer and wall effect, the incoming gas is cooled, preventing it from reaching the ignition temperature. Without the ignition temperature, combustion cannot occur, thereby achieving the flame arrestment purpose.
