Product Overview

Direct vision mirrors are used for draining liquids or observing backflow before receiving tanks, on cooling water and other liquid pipelines to monitor liquid flow. Widely used as important accessories in pipelines and equipment installations.

For high-temperature, corrosive, toxic, and hazardous chemical towers prone to crystallization, to ensure their safe production.

Primary Application

Direct vision mirrors are one of the main accessories on industrial pipeline equipment. In industrial production facilities such as oil, chemical, fiber, and food, they allow for the observation of liquids and gases at any time.

The flow and reaction of steam and other mediums is an indispensable accessory for ensuring normal production. It can also be used in high-temperature, highly corrosive, toxic, and dangerous environments where crystallization is prone to occur.

In the tower equipment, to ensure its safe production, the sight glass is simply composed of flanges, connectors, and sight glass glass.

Application Fields

1. Weakly corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production, such as water, ammonia, oil products, hydrocarbons, etc.

2. Highly corrosive materials in chemical production, such as: caustic soda, concentrated and dilute sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, and acetic acid, etc.

3. Low-temperature materials in refrigeration, such as liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, and various refrigerants.

Installation, Maintenance, and Repair

1. The sight glass must operate within the permitted pressure range; otherwise, safe operation cannot be guaranteed.

2. The sight glasses can be installed horizontally or vertically, primarily used for observing the flow and reaction of liquids, gases, steam, and other mediums. The viewing window glass should remain clean and dust-free.

3. The glass of the sight glass is a fragile component; avoid collisions and handle with care.
