The GYW-1 flame arrester meets the requirements of GB13347-92 "Flame arrester for petroleum and gas pipelines – Flame arrester performance and test methods." The arrester is structurally sound, with the flame arrester layer made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The housing is made from stainless steel and carbon steel, catering to the needs of various process pipelines.

The flame arrester features a rational structure, light weight, corrosion resistance, and meets the explosion suppression requirements, successfully extinguishing fire in 13 subsonic flame tests. It is easy to maintain and install. The flame arrester also meets the burning resistance standards, with no relight after 1 hour of burning test. The core is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean. The casing has passed hydrostatic testing.
