Products treated with deaeration are glossy, smooth, flow well, bubble-free, and have a stable chemical structure, extending shelf life. Deaerated products have a high and stable density, enhancing filling accuracy and reducing the rate of non-conforming products due to filling errors, thereby cutting down on packaging costs.

EfficiencyHighThe degassing process:
Mixed-gas materials enter the dispersion disk inside the container under vacuum, and are then sprayed onto the container inner wall through the mesh at the edge of the disk. During this process, small bubbles within the material are broken up, and the gas is extracted by the vacuum system. Both high-viscosity products and highly sensitive emulsions can be perfectly degassed using the online vacuum degassing equipment, which can serve as a part of the production line or the first stage of the filling line.
