Product Introduction

One-step MDI aerosol production equipment is a domestically designed unit that our company has researched, absorbed, and re-engineered based on imported equipment, in compliance with China's cGMP standards.

All materials in contact with materials in this equipment are made of AISI 316L stainless steel, with other materials being AISI 304 stainless steel. The control system utilizes explosion-proof technology; the bottom of the equipment is equipped with a weighing module that displays the weight of the material. It is a key process equipment for producing three-phase suspended aerosols, with all major components being selected from international brands.

With our years of expertise in aerosol production technology and some optimized design improvements to the equipment, the results have been highly satisfactory across multiple domestic aerosol manufacturers.
