Mechanical Description
This unit is a combination of a blade agitator designed for uniform mixing of large, high-viscosity materials and a high-speed, strong-cutting homogenizer for fine, micro-sized mixing. The blade agitator features scraper blades that continuously create new interfaces in the container walls. The scraped material undergoes cutting, compression, and folding actions between fixed and rotating blades, and is then stirred and mixed downward to the homogenizer at the bottom of the container, where it can be further processed. The homogenizer's mixing section consists of a unique impeller with high-speed rotation and a stator with radial baffles. The pressure difference at the bottom and top of the impeller, due to its high-speed rotation, functions like a pump, continuously suctioning the treated liquid upward. The liquid drawn into the stator is subjected to the strong force between the high-speed rotating impeller and stator.
As stated above, the complementary features of the homogenizing and blade mixers enhance their effectiveness, allowing for efficient emulsification and blending of high-grain materials.
