Product Introduction

This series of soft gelatin capsule ingredient tanks includes vacuum mixing (material) tanks with two specifications: jacketed heating and insulation. They are essential auxiliary equipment for the capsule manufacturing process, required for mixing, insulation, vacuum, and condensation operations.

Key Features and Technical Specifications

Volume: 100L to 5000L

2. Inner罐 body: Inner surface mirror-polished finish with roughness Ra<0.4 um.

3. Jacket Types: Full jacket, Semi-circular tube jacket, Honeycomb jacket (optional);

4. Insulation Materials: filled with polyfoam, rock wool, or polyurethane foam casting.

5. Surface Treatment of Outer Cylinder: Mirror polishing, 2B anodized matte, or sandblasting.

6. Agitator: Top-mounted eccentric suspension; Blade Type: Propeller, paddle, etc.

7. Mixing Speed: Fixed speed of 32~82 rpm, or equipped with stepless speed adjustment and variable frequency speed adjustment.

8. Level gauge types: Glass tube level gauge, Static pressure sensor level gauge, Ultrasonic level gauge (as per requirement selection)

9. Ingredient tank configuration for soft capsule ingredient tank: quick-opening manhole, sight glass, thermometer (digital or pointer type), sterile air respirator, CIP cleaner, material liquid inlets and outlets, sterilization port, circulation port, pure water inlet, standby port, jacketed steam inlets and outlets, and cooling water inlets and outlets, etc.

10. Material: Inner tank: Stainless Steel SUS304 or SUS316L; jacket and outer finish cylinder: Stainless Steel SUS304.

11. All process openings for inlets and outlets, sight glasses, manholes, etc., are arc-welded with flanged transitions, ensuring smoothness, easy cleaning without dead corners, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
