Overview

The pressure-regulating water supply system is designed for automatic water replenishment in heating, heating, and air conditioning systems, as well as for maintaining system pressure. It is composed of a diaphragm pressure tank, pump, control box, base frame, pressure sensor, pipes, valves, and other components, and is widely applicable to the above systems in high-rise buildings, community water supply, and industrial and mining enterprises. The automatic pressure-regulating water supply system complies with the company standard Q/RW-2000-001.

The climate chamber fills the required nitrogen for pre-compression as per the process design, connects the system, and upon completion of installation, opens the valve between this device and the system. (This valve should have a locking device and is strictly prohibited from being closed during normal operation.) When the system water temperature changes cause expansion or contraction of the water volume, the diaphragm tank automatically absorbs or releases the water to maintain the system pressure within the pre-set upper and lower pressure limits. If the system pressure drops below the pre-set lower limit due to leakage or other reasons, the electrical contact pressure relay activates the pressure-stabilizing pump to supply water to the system until the pressure reaches the set upper pressure limit. If the system pressure exceeds the set high pressure value, the safety valve automatically releases water into the soft water tank or ground trench to reduce pressure, repeating this process to maintain system pressure balance.
