The Cyclonic Sand Separator combines cyclone separation with filtration, primarily used for solid particles in groundwater, geothermal water, and other water sources, suitable for water source heat pump systems, air conditioning cooling water, cooling water systems, winter heating and cooling circulation systems, and industrial cooling water systems. Widely used in many industrial sectors such as chemicals, environmental protection, and food, it achieves significant results in water treatment such as sand removal, turbidity reduction, and solid-liquid separation.
I. Working Principle:
The Cyclone Sand Separator is a new type of separation device made based on the screening principle of solid particles in the fluid during the sand removal process. It is further combined with a filtering unit. Under a certain pressure, as water flows through the separator, the centrifugal and centripetal forces act on the water of different densities, causing the lower density water to rise and be discharged through the outlet, while the denser sand is discharged from the bottom of the device. Individual small particles that float together with the water are then filtered by a graded filtering equipment to achieve the sand removal. Compared to current sand separators on the market, this device has added a filtering unit (filter precision can be selected by the user), featuring higher sand removal efficiency, space-saving installation, low leakage rate for individual tiny particles, and stable operating conditions.

IV. Description:
During normal operation, the inlet and outlet valves must be opened, and the drain valve must be closed.
②When sand accumulates to a certain height in the storage cylinder, it should be drained. Open the drain valve during drainage until clear water flows out.
After waste discharge is completed, simply close the discharge valve.
④If the sand pressure is insufficient, close the valve at the water outlet.
